I am really struggling with something quite personal and hope someone here can help. Lately, my partner and I have been feeling kinda frustrated about our intimacy, especially when it come to... um, you know, bedroom activities. We enjoy each other, but I feel like I need to learn how to increase sex timings. It’s been a bit embarrassing honestly because I used to feel more confident in that area. My partner has also mentioned feeling unsatisfied, and it’s really affecting our mood! A few months ago, we started working long hours, and stress has definitely taken a toll. I remember one night, we were really looking forward to being intimate, but things just didn’t last as long as we both wanted. I feel like if I could just figure out how to increase sex timings, it would solve so much! I've tried to read some articles, but I just get more confused. Like, would diet or lifestyle changes really matter? I mean, does anyone have tips that actually worked for them? I guess I’m feeling kinda lost here and really want to make things better between us.
