Sumit, aapki sthiti ko dekhte hue, yeh samajhna zaroori hai ke aapko shayad apne dosha mein asantulan ka samna karna pad raha hai, jo ki Ayurveda ke hisaab se aapke sharir aur manasik stithi par prabhav dalta hai. Aam taur par, ye samasya Kapha aur Vata dosha ke imbalance se judi ho sakti hai, jise aap aasan aur prakritik tareeke se theek kar sakte hain.

Pehle to, apne ahar par dhyaan dena zaroori hai. Ojas aur tejas ko badhawa dene wale bhojan ka istemal karein. Jese ki dadi ka doodh, badam, khajoor, aur ghee — yeh aapki shakti badhayenge. Halka, satvik aur poshak khana lein, jaise ke moong dal, ghia, aur tinde ka soup. Taaza fal aur sabziyon ka sevan vyavastit roop se karein. Jaldi pacha jaane wale bhojan aur sheetal padaartho se doori bani rakhein — jese thi, varjit bhojan vashist vikaar badhate hain.

Aap pippali ke churna ka prayog karein, ek chamach garm pani ke saath subah-khushbain. Ye agni ko prabal karega aur vatanashak hai. Hasthmethun yaani ki baar-baar hasta maithun ki prakriya se shayad aapke shareer mein vata dosh ka santulan bigada hua hai. Isse shakti ka abhav, virya ki patalta aur yaun ichha mein kami jaise lakshan ho sakte hain. Siddha-Ayurved ke anusar, humko aapke vata dosh ko santulit karne ki zaroorat hai aur sapt dhatuon ko mazboot banana chahiye.

1. Ashwagandha Churna: Har din raat ko sone se pehle ek chamach ashwagandha churna ko doodh me mila kar le. Ashwagandha sharirik aur mansik takat mein sudhar karta hai aur virya ko ghana aur majbut banata hai.

2. Shatavari: Shatavari ka daily sevankarna labhdayak hoga. Yeh urja aur yaun ichha ko vapis lene me madad karta hai. Iska rasayan swaroop me panee ke saath pal do baar le.

3. Bala Churna: Yadi sharirik kamzori me sudhar nahi aati hai toh bala churna ka prathidin ek chamach doodh ke saath lena shuru kare. Yeh dhatu vriddhi mein sahayak hoga.

4. Nourishing Diet: Apne aahaar mein taila, ghrit, badam, akhrot aur nutritious khadyapadarthon ko shamil kar aur junk food se duri banaye. Yeh sab ab bhi dhatuon ki poshan mein sahayak honge.

5. Meditation and Pranayama: Pratidin vyayam aur pranayama se sharir mein energy aur concentration ki bharai ko samujhliya ja sakta hai.
