I am really confused about something that’s been bothering me lately. I’ve been reading all these conflicting things about whether masturbation affects stamina. Like, sometimes I feel really drained after, and other times I feel fine. I’m a pretty active person—I run regularly and hit the gym, but I’ve noticed my endurance seems kinda inconsistent. The other day, I went for a run and I just couldn’t push myself like I usually do. Does masturbation affect stamina in a way I’m just not seeing? I mean, on one hand, I’ve heard that it can help relieve stress, so maybe that’s good for stamina? But then there are the voices saying it could sap your energy or something? I also recently had a check-up, and my doc didn’t say anything about stamina or anything related to that topic. It’s just really throwing me off, ya know? Some friends say it’s all in the head, but honestly, when I think about it, I start to wonder if I should change anything in my routine. Has anyone here experienced similar issues or found solutions? Does masturbation affect stamina as much as people say? I'm just hoping for some clarity here!
