I am really struggling with my sexual energy lately. It's like, I don’t know what happened, but I just feel drained all the time. My partner has started to notice too, and honestly, it’s kinda embarrassing. We used to have this amazing spark, ya know? Now it's like I just can’t get in the mood anymore. I try to keep my diet healthy, but I might’ve slipped a bit during the holiday season — too many sweets, I guess. I've also been dealing with some stress from work, late nights and all that, which doesn’t help at all. A friend of mine mentioned something about Ayurveda and how it can help with sexual energy, but I’ve got no clue on what to do or where to start. How to increase sexual energy naturally? I read some theories about certain herbs or maybe even yoga practices that could boost things up. I’m just not sure which one would be good for me. Is there something simple, or should I really look into a whole lifestyle change? I mean, I want to reconnect with my partner and bring back that intimacy. Any thoughts or experiences with this?
