I am really struggling with these dark circles under my eyes!!! To be honest, it’s kinda stressing me out. I’m a 29-year-old mom of two, and sleep is just a distant memory at this point. I mean, some nights I don’t even get to close my eyes for a full hour. I’ve tried some creams that say they help with dark circles, but they haven't done much. My friend swears by some fancy stuff but ughhh, it's just too expensive. Sometimes I feel like they got worse after I had my second baby, which was almost a year ago now, and I notice these puffy bags too. I read somewhere about dark circles being related to dehydration and stress or maybe even my diet? I don’t really eat the healthiest, not gonna lie. I just feel lost, like what to do to reduce dark circles? I really don’t wanna look like a raccoon forever. Is there something natural in Ayurveda that could actually work? I’ve heard about using cucumber masks and rose water, but like, is there any specific herbal remedy or lifestyle change that’s proven to really help and not just internet fluff? Would love to hear from anyone who has been through this or has tips!
