I am really struggling with something and hoping you guys can help me out. Lately, I’ve been feeling like my stamina on bed is super low. It’s kind of awkward to admit, but my partner and I have been noticing this big drop in my energy and endurance during intimate moments, which is really frustrating! I used to be able to go for much longer, but now it feels like I’m out of breath after just a few minutes. I’ve tried doing some light exercises, but I’m not sure if they help — I usually just like jogging, nothing too intense. Sometimes, I’m just too stressed with work and life stuff, which probably doesn't help either! I read somewhere that diet could play a role when it comes to how to increase stamina on bed, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I ate something really healthy. Fast food has become my best friend, ugh. Also, do you think herbs or supplements could help? I’m a bit lost and really don’t know how to approach this whole thing.
