I am 33 years married and one Kid.I am suffering with early ejaculation problem.I am getting more sexual thoughts and erection is also there but Soon after penetration starts,I am getting ejaculation.Recently I am getting more pimples also.Evenin masturabtion also I am getting early ejaculation
