I am trying to figure out how to extend sex time because lately, it’s been kinda frustrating. Like, I’m in my early 30s and my partner and I have been together for a while now, but I feel like things are slipping. I mean, it shouldn’t feel like a race, right? We used to have great times, but now I end up finishing way sooner than I want. I don't know if it's stress or maybe my diet or something? I’ve also been feeling not super energetic. Last week we tried to spice it up a bit, thinking that might help us, but it didn't really make a difference – I’m still left wondering how to extend sex time. Tried some breathing exercises, but it just feels awkward sometimes, y'know? Also, my friend suggested Kegels, but like, are they really effective for guys? I feel like I’m putting pressure on myself to perform which might be making it worse. I’ve been seeing so many tips online about how to extend sex time, but I wonder if there are more natural or Ayurvedic methods I could try? Any advice would be great.
