Celiac disease ka prabhav jab intestine par hota hai toh posak tatwa ko absorb karne ki kshamata kam ho jati hai, jisse weight loss aur mass ki kami dekhi ja sakti hai. Ayurveda mein, digestive fire yaani agni ko balwan banana sabse pehl priority hoti hai. Isse sara aahar sahi tarike se pachta ja sake.

Shuruaat mein, aapko apni diet ko glutan-free banaana hoga. Wheat, barley aur rye jaise grains se doori banaayein, kyunki ye celiac patients ke liye hanikarak hote hain. Bajra, singhade ka aata, rajgira, rice, aur quinoa ko apni anaaj mein shamil kar sakte hain jo digestive system par halka prabhav daalte hain.

Agni ko teekshana karne ke liye ginger aur hing (asafoetida) se bhara paani roz anupaan karein. Khaane se pehle or khaane ke beech mein isse peene par agni sudhar sakti hai, aur poshak tatva avsoshan behtar hoga. Trikatu churna (black pepper, pippali aur dry ginger powder) se banaya ek chhota mishran, ek chithki lene se bhi agni ko sudhar milta hai.

Anulom vilom aur kapalbhati pranayama ko apni daily routine mein shamil karein, kyunki ye digestive fire aur immunity ko majboot banate hain. Dhyan aur yoga bhi vicharo ko shanti dete hain, jo aapke balance prakriti aur dasha ko banaye rakhne mein madadgar hote hain.

Koshish yeh karein ki khana seasnal ho, aur zyada spicy ya fried na ho. Ghee ko apne khane mai include karein, kyunki ye pith usool ke liye labhdaayak aur weight gain mein sahayak hota hai.

Agar koi severe symptom jaari hai, toh bina der kiye doctor se paramarsh zarur lein. Unki guidance mein blood tests ya biopsy jaise practical upay ko samjha ja sakta hai. Professional medical intervention yahan aksar zaroori hota hai.

Celiac disease, even when tests appear negative, can still affect your body’s ability to absorb nutrients, causing weight loss and muscle mass reduction. Siddha-Ayurvedic principles can help restore balance and improve nutrient absorption, but it’s crucial to work alongside modern medicine as well.

Firstly, focus on a diet that is gluten-free to avoid triggering any sensitivity your body may have. In Ayurveda, we look at Agni, the digestive fire, as a key factor. Strengthen your Agni by sipping warm water throughout the day and incorporating ginger tea. Ginger can stimulate digestion and is generally beneficial for digestive health.

Ayurvedic herbs like Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) and Ashwagandha are beneficial for building strength and improving nutrient absorption. Amalaki can be consumed as a juice or powder. Ashwagandha, traditionally used for muscle mass gain, can be taken as a supplement or in a milk decoction.

Focus on a nutrient-rich, easily digestible diet, including cooked vegetables, soups, and broths. Foods that are light yet nourishing, such as rice and mung dal khichadi, can be helpful, providing necessary nutrients without burdening digestion.

Engage in gentle physical activities like yoga, which can improve circulation and energy flow through the nadis (energy channels), helping your body better integrate nutrients.

Since severe nutritional deficiencies can be serious, it’s important to also have regular check-ups with your healthcare provider to monitor your progress. Immediate medical intervention may be required if symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear, so listening to your body’s signals and seeking help promptly is important.
