Namaste, Main samajh sakti hoon ki aapko kam sexual attraction, morning erection ka na aana, aur tanav ki samasya ho rahi hai. Ye sthiti Ayurveda ke anusar Vata-Pitta dushti aur Shukra Dhatu kshaya se hoti hai. Aajkal ke stress, poor diet aur irregular lifestyle se ye imbalance badhta hai. Chinta na karein — ye poori tarah upcharit ho sakti hai agar aap Ayurvedic niyam, aahar-vihar aur manasik santulan rakhein.

✅ AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅ INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Ashwagandhadi Churna – 3g dudh ke sath din me do baar (Sharirik bal, mansik shanti aur stamina badhata hai)

2. Shatavari Churna – 3g dudh ke sath din me do baar (Shukra dhatu poshan aur hormonal balance karta hai)

3. Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tablet gungune paani ke sath din me do baar (Reproductive system ko majboot karta hai)

4. Chyawanprash – 1 chammach subah khali pet (Ojas badhata hai, rogpratirodhak shakti ko majboot karta hai)

5. Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet raat me dudh ke sath (Tanav aur chinta kam karti hai)

✅ EXTERNAL THERAPY

Abhyanga (Taila massage): Garam Mahanarayana Taila ya Dhanwantaram Taila se kamar aur pet ke neeche halki malish 3–4 baar saptaah me karein. (Rakt pravah badhata hai aur Vata ko shant karta hai.)

✅ HOME REMEDIES

1. 5 bhige badam aur 2 khajoor subah khayein.

2. Raat ko dudh me 1 tsp ghee + pinch of jaiphal milakar piyein.

3. 1 tsp honey + ½ tsp sonth milakar din me ek baar lein.

4. Atyadhik masturbation ya adult content se bachein — ye Shukra dhatu ko kamzor karta hai.

✅ DIET & LIFESTYLE RECOMMENDATIONS

Include: Dudh, ghee, moong dal, urad dal, dates, figs, jaggery, pumpkin seeds. Garam bhojan me jeera, adrak, kali mirch ka upyog karein. Herbal tea (Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Dalchini).

Avoid: Thanda, spicy, oily ya processed food. Alcohol, cigarette, adhik chai-coffee, der raat tak jagna.

Lifestyle: 11 baje se pehle soyein aur subah jaldi uthkar pranayama karein. Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Vajrasana, Moolabandha roz 15 min karein. Har din 15–20 min surya ki roshni me baithen.

Aushadhi aur niyamit dincharya se 3–4 hafton me sudhar dikhai deta hai: Morning erection wapas aayega. Tanav kam hoga, stamina badhega. Sharir aur man dono santulit honge.

Warm Regards, Dr Snehal Vidhate

It sounds like you’re experiencing some challenges related to sexual health and vitality, which from an Ayurvdic perspective could be linked to several underlying factors, including dosha imbalances, specifically Vata and Pitta, lifestyle habits, and mental stress. One common cause of reduced sexual function can be an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which governs movement and communication in the body.

In Ayurveda, the focus woulf be on nourishing and rejuvenating the reproductive tissues, known as “shukra dhatu.” A few herbal remedies might help balance your doshas and strengthen your sexual health. Ashwagandha is a renowned herb often recommended for improving libido and reducing stress. Take it in a powdered form—about one teaspoon—mixed with warm milk, possibly before bed. This can help not only with vitality but also with restoring calmness.

Another valuable herb is Shatavari, traditionally used to help balance Pitta and promote reproductive health. You can take it in a similar manner. Consistency is crucial, so aim for daily use for a couple of months.

Dietary considerations are also key—favor warm, oily, and nourishing foods that soothe Vata. Opt for almonds, sesame seeds, and ghee, which can increase vitality. Include foods rich in zinc like pumpkin seeds; they are good for reproductive health. Avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, and overly spicy foods that might aggravate the Pitta dosha.

Regular routine and stress management like yoga, or pranayama (breathing exercises) can also be very beneficial. Your sexual health is closely linked to mental peace, so practices that soothe the mind will help.

If these measure don’t show progress, it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider for a comprehensive evaluation to rule out any underlying health concerns that require urgent attention.
