I am really confused and need help figuring out how to eat shilajit. I’ve heard so many good things about it, especially when it comes to energy and stamina, but I honestly don’t know the best way to incorporate it into my daily routine. I bought a jar of it last week after seeing a bunch of glowing reviews online, but when I got it, I was kinda overwhelmed by all the info out there. Some people say to mix it in warm water, others say honey or even ghee! Like, what’s the deal? I tried mixing a bit with water a couple of times, but it was sooo sticky and hard to swallow. 😖 I read somewhere that taking too much at once can lead to stomach issues, which I totally want to avoid. Plus, I don’t have the greatest digestive system to begin with! Last weekend I felt drained after a long week, and a friend suggested shilajit might help me recover faster. I’m more interested in stamina, energy, and maybe even mental clarity — not about to climb a mountain or anything, but I need something to help me get through the workweek without crashing.
