Hello, It is better to take a one on one consultation as this needs in depth understanding of the issue. And also it is better to adopt yogasana and pranayama practice everyday after learning from a learned teacher(again one on one class is better) However till she decides on the above she can take the following: 1. Saraswatarishtam with gold(vaidyaratnam/avp) 20ml----0-----20ml after breakfast and after dinner for 30 days. Take care, Kind regards.

Bubbling sensations in the body, causing sleep issues might be linked to an imbalance in Vata dosha, according to Ayurveda. Vata, which governs movement and the nervous system, can become aggravated due to factors like irregular eating habits, excessive travel, prolonged stress, or a diet high in cold and dry foods. Addressing these imbalances may alleviate your friend’s symptoms.

Firstly, introduce a daily routine, or “dinacharya,” as consistency can help balance Vata. Encourage early dinners, ideally by 7 PM, to ensure proper digestion before sleep. A warm, grounding diet rich in cooked vegetables, whole grains, and a lean proteins can be beneficial. Avoid raw foods, caffeine, or stimulants, especially before bedtime. Consider adding warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg or a tablespoon of ghee to calm Vata and promote sleep.

Abhyanga or warm oil massage using sesame oil can be especially soothing for Vata imbalance. Doing this before bathing can help to calm the nervous system. Additionally, practicing Pranayama, or deep breathing exercises, like Anulom Vilom, can be grounding, reducing anxious feelings and restlessness.

For immediate relaxation, suggest a herbal tea with calming herbs like Ashwagandha or Brahmi. These herbs can be consumed before bedtime to enhance sleep quality.

If these methods don’t provide relief, it’s important to further investigate potential underlying causes. Persistent symptoms can sometimes be a sign of deeper issues that require thorough medical or psychological evaluation, ensure her symptoms are not a sign of a more serious condition and to receive targeted care.
