I am really curious about something and hope someone here can help. Lately, I've been trying to shed some pounds after putting on wayyy too much weight during the pandemic. I’ve been exploring different diets and natural remedies. Someone mentioned that is amla good for weight loss, but I’m a bit skeptical, you know? I’ve read that amla has tons of vitamins and can boost metabolism, but do those claims actually translate into weight loss?! Like, do I really need to be eating it raw, or could smoothies work? I tried this green drink with amla recently, and honestly, it tasted pretty weird. 😅 Also, I have this habit of snacking at night; it’s the worst. I really want to find something natural that could help curb my cravings. I’ve done some exercises, but it feels like I’m not seeing any results. Like, could including amla daily help me, or do I need other lifestyle changes too? Am I putting too much hope into this one fruit?
