I am really struggling with my weight lately. I've tried so many diets and workouts, nothing seems to work for me. My doctor said I should look into pranayam because he mentioned that it's supposed to help with overall wellness, including obesity. But I’m confused! I keep seeing people mention different types of pranayam, and I'm not really sure which of the following pranayam is helpful to reduce obesity specifically. Like, some say Kapalbhati, while others talk about Anulom Vilom… Honestly, I get mixed up and hear different opinions everywhere! Also, I tried doing Kapalbhati last week, and I felt this intense burning in my belly – maybe that's a good sign? Or is that just me overexerting? I’ve read that pranayam can boost metabolism or something like that, but I’m not convinced. What I really want to know is which of the following pranayam is helpful to reduce obesity, like, can someone break it down for me?
