I am really struggling with my sleep lately! It feels like I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work. It started a few months back, just occasional restless nights, but now it’s like every night is a battle. I lie awake for hours! I’ve tried cutting out caffeine, and even my nightly tea but it hasn’t helped much. I've heard about some herbal stuff, and I keep wondering which ayurvedic medicine is best for sleep. Last week, a friend recommended Ashwagandha, saying it helps with stress and relaxation. But then I read about Brahmi too, and it claims to be good for calming the mind. I’m sooo confused!
