Additionally, Bala (Sida cordifolia) might help. It strengthens nerves and reproductive tissues. Bala can be taken as a decoction; boil 10-15 grams in water and reduce it to half, and have it daily.

Further, consider diet and lifestyle changes. Eat a nutritious diet rich in fresh, organic fruits, and whole grains, and include nuts like almonds and walnuts. Avoid processed foods and any substances that increase Vata, such as fried foods, caffeine, alcohol etc.

Engage in regular exercise, which is crucial for boosting stamina and reducing anxiety. Yoga and meditation can also help in grounding Vata energy, enhancing focus, and encouraging relaxation. Practice pranayama, a few minutes each day to calm the mind and body.
