The issues you’re facing seem to indicate an imbalance in your doshas, likely involving Vata and possibly Pitta. It’s important to address both the knee deformity and your present digestive and systemic symptoms through a holistic Ayurvedic approach.

For the knee and spine deformity, focus on practices that enhance strength and flexibility. Regularly perform moderate-asana yoga such as Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and Utkatasana (Chair Pose). They can aid in posture improvement and joint health. It’s best to do these every morning on an empty stomach, holding each pose for several breaths.

Your digestion issues, such as upper abdominal pain and constipation, suggest a disturbance in Agni, which is vital in Ayurveda. Begin by incorporating herbs like Triphala daily before bed (around a teaspoon with warm water) to aid digestion and relieve constipation. Ginger tea can also be helpful; consume it in the morning to ignite your digestive fire.

Neck pain might relate to accumulated stress or improper posture. Self-massage with warm sesame oil around the neck and shoulder area may provide some relief. Doing this gently every night can soothe Vata disturbance.

For redness and marks on the face, these may be signs of Pitta imbalance. Consider a cooling practice by applying a paste of sandalwood powder mixed with rose water to affected areas, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse. Additionally, drinking aloe vera juice can help calm Pitta.

Mindfulness and meditation` practices for at least 15 minutes can promote a calm mind. Start with slow, deep breathing to channel any excess Vata energy, and gradually introduce soothing routines before bedtime, such as warm baths or listening to calming music.

As for the black nerve appearance on the feet, if there’s any pain or worsening change, consult a medical professional to rule out any serious issues. While Ayurveda can support many health aspects, some conditions require immediate clinical assessment.

Alter your diet by reducing spicy, acidic foods that might exacerbate Pitta and Vata — opt for more grounding, warm, and calming foods like khichdi or cooked vegetables. Hydration is key, too; ensure you’re drinking water throughout the day, possibly infused with fennel or cumin seeds.

Make these lifestyle adjustments gradually, and monitor changes. For persistent symptoms or severe concerns, do seek guidance from an Ayurvedic practitioner or a healthcare professional, as they can provide targeted and comprehensive insights.

Dealing with multiple issues requires seeing how they are interconnected. Your knee and spine issues may be affecting your overall balance and leading to these new symptoms. The signs you’re mentioning appear to show excess vata imbalance with some involvement of pitta, which might be causing the digestive distress and other symptoms like the mind unrest and the red marks on the face.

For the knee and spine matters, daily gentle yoga focusing on alignment exercises like Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and Vrkshasana (Tree pose) could help in stabilizing your balance. Avoid any heavy physical activity that could strain your joints further. For digestion, maintaining strong agni, or digestive fire, is critical so avoid cold foods and include warming spices like ginger in your cooking.

To address the constipation and digestive issues, a simple daily practice could include Triphala. Take one teaspoon of Triphala powder mixed in warm water at bedtime. This may help regulate bowel movements and cleanse your system without aggravating your doshas.

Include mind-calming practices like regular Pranayama or alternate nostril breathing, especially before bedtime or when feeling strained to ease mental unrest and balance prana vayu, a sub-element of vata which controls mind activities.

Considering black veins on feet and neck pain, keep warm as vata dosha could be playing up. Apply warm sesame oil on those areas, letting it sit for 20 minutes before a warm bath. This practice can soothe vata and aid circulation.

However, given the complexity and sudden appearance of these different symptoms, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any serious conditions or to assess if immediate intervention is needed. déiag very close attention to foot veins and digestive pain.
