I am really confused about whether we can eat spinach and curd together. Like, this whole thing started when my mom made this yummy spinach dish, and I wanted to have it with some yogurt, right? But then my friend told me it’s a big no-no, saying that spinach can mess up the digestion if mixed with curd. Ugh, I don’t know what to think! I mean, I love both — spinach is so good for you, and curd has all those probiotics, so why can’t we just enjoy them together?
