Addressing these interconnected health concerns requires a multifaceted approach focusing on diet, lifestyle, and specific Ayurvedic practices. To manage fatty liver and borderline diabetes, focus on balancing Kapha dosha. Incorporate foods like barley, millet, and quinoa, which are light and easy for digestion. Avoid heavy and oily foods that can aggravate Kapha. Include more leafy greens and vegetables like bitter gourd, which can help control blood sugar levels. Regular consumption of turmeric, both in cooking and as a supplement like golden milk, may positively impact liver health.

For your kidney cyst, stay hydrated but avoid overconsuming processed foods, including salt and sugar, to reduce strain on kidneys. Using herbal supplements such as Punarnava might support kidney function, but consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment, is ideal here.

Lack of sleep can exacerbate these conditions, aim for a consistent sleep schedule. Avoid stimulants like caffeine, particularly in the evenings, and practice relaxation techniques like meditation or gentle yoga before bed. Consider using Ashwagandha, known for its adaptogenic properties, helping reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

Activity-wise, aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily, like brisk walking or swimming, strengthening digestion and aiding weight management. Remember, regular consultaion with a healthcare provider is essential to monitor these conditions closely, and get personalized advice specific to your unique constitution and current health status.
