Chronic allergic rhinitis and related conditions often indicate an imbalance in the Kapha dosha alongside an aggravated Vata. Start with diet adjustments critical for managing your conditions. Limit foods that increase Kapha like dairy products, wheat, and cold or fried foods. Instead, favor warm, light, and easily digestible meals. Substitute wheat with alternatives like quinoa or millet. Minimize sugar and jaggery, which you mentioned trigger your allergies.

Incorporate spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric into your meals to improve digestion and enhance agni, your digestive fire. Ginger tea with honey, thrice a day, can help alleviate sinus congestion and enhance immunity. Routine detoxification might be beneficial; consider Triphala at bedtime for gentle cleansing to balance doshas.

Neti pot using saline solution is particularly useful for nasal congestion and postnasal drip. Ensure you do this first thing in the morning. For your sinus and deviated septum issues, steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil can provide relief. It is advisable to do this twice daily.

Yoga and Pranayama play an essential role in relieving stress and improving lung function. Regular practice of Anulom Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama can contribute significantly to better respiratory health and reduce allergy symptoms. Since overweight is a concern, moderate, consistent exercise is crucial. Aim for a 30-minute brisk walk or choose activities like balancing yoga, that support joint health considering your osteoarthritis.

Regarding tonsilitis, avoid cold drinks and consume warm herbal teas like tulsi and cinnamon for their antiviral properties.

Swollen lymph nodes and frequent colds could indicate low immunity, which might require further inspection from a healthcare provider. Always ensure regular check-ups, especially with a recent onset of new symptoms.

Lastly prioritize good sleep hygiene, managing stress, and maintaining a balanced daily routine aligned with your natural body rhythms. These adjustments will cumulatively work in harmonizing your doshas, enhancing overall health.
