I am really confused about my health lately and I keep hearing this thing about doshas. Like, I thought I was just feeling stressed out because of work and life stuff, but now I kinda think it might be about my dosha? I started reading up on this, trying to figure out which dosha am I, but it’s like a maze! I had some weird symptoms since last few weeks—crazy dry skin, feeling bloated, and let’s not even talk about my mood swings which are off the charts. My mom says I’ve always been vata, you know, restless and airy, but I don’t know if that’s still true. I even took an online quiz that said I might be pitta too, which makes me think, wow, am I a mix? or could I be all three? Ugh! I went to the doctor and all they said was stress and prescribed meds, but I really want to get to the root. How do I figure out which dosha am I, like what should I look for in my symptoms or behaviors? Can anyone help or share tips on this? I just want to feel like myself again!
