Can Triphala be given to kids? My 7-year-old daughter has been having digestive issues like constipation and bloating for a while. I’ve heard Triphala is good for digestion and overall health, but I’m not sure if Triphala for kids is safe. Do you have to adjust the dosage of Triphala for kids? My concern is also about the taste because we all know kids are super picky. Does anyone know how to give Triphala for kids without them rejecting it? Another thing I’m curious about is whether Triphala for kids helps with immunity. My daughter catches colds very often, so I’m hoping Triphala for kids might help boost her immunity. If you’ve used Triphala for kids, how did you give it to them, and how soon did you see results? Are there any side effects of using Triphala for kids regularly? I’ve read it’s natural, but I don’t want to risk upsetting her stomach further. Would love advice from anyone who’s tried Triphala for kids!
