करीब पिछले 4 माह से लिंग में बिल्कुल भी तनाव नहीं आ रहा है। फोर प्ले के दौरान भी बिल्कुल तनाव नहीं आता है। सिर्फ रात्रि में सोते समय आता है आंख खुलते ही तनाव खत्म हो जाता है। कृपया समाधान बताये।

आप अश्वगंधा का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं जो कि आयुर्वेद में वाजीकारक के रूप में जाना जाता है। 1-2 चम्मच अश्वगंधा का पाउडर दूध के साथ रात को लेने से लाभ होता है।

शारीरिक गतिविधि में वृद्धि करें। दिन में कम से कम 30 मिनट तक सैर करें या कोई शारीरिक व्यायाम करें। ये शरीर के रोम-रोम में ऊर्जा प्रवाहित करेगा और सेक्सुअल हैल्थ में सुधार करेगा।

अगर समस्या गंभीर है और आयुर्वेदिक उपायों के बाद भी राहत नहीं मिलती है, तो किसी योग्य चिकित्सक की सलाह लेना उत्तम होगा। सीधे समस्या का इलाज करने हेतु भी आयुर्वेद में अनुभवी चिकित्सक से परामर्श लें। यदि स्थिति नहीं सुधरती है, आधुनिक चिकित्सा से तत्काल परामर्श करना भी जरूरी हो सकता है।
