Seeking Help for Premature Ejaculation - #44747

I have sensitive penis or glans,iam ejaculate within 1,3 second when masterbate and during using stroker when insert we ejaculate, iam masterbate during last 5-6 years and before 2,3 year I open my foreskin Now they are freely, and my size is 4 inch,Iam suffering from this premature ejaculation, and I don't want to eat any alophatic medicine, please help Me I am 19 year old

And i stop masterbate from 2 month , i am suffring from nightfall 5 time in month Please give me proper and full treatment including On my last queries and this query both treatment medicine

.Ashwashila twice a day and .Youvanamrit twice a before food with warm milk but in morning how i drink milk in empty stomach ? .Aswagandha Bala Lakshadi Thailam,where we use penis or penis glans? And ist safe for glans

In that situation,you can take youvanamrit 0-0-1 at bedtime with warm milk, can skip morning dose.

Ashwagandha bala oil you need apply externally on penis shaft not internally. Just whole penis morning after bath and night before bedtime.

And you say use in penis shaft only not glans ,thats why i am confusing

The oil gets absorbed inside through skin , will help in strengthening of the penis. Not increase in size. Of course with arousal the size is going to increase naturally.

Premature ejaculation is often closely tied with imbalances in the Vata dosha in Ayurveda, primarily due to psychological stress, anxiety or excessive masturbation, which might disrupt the proper functioning of the reproductive system. First, focusing on calming the Vata dosha would be beneficial. Begin by incorporating Ashwagandha or Shatavari in your daily routine. These herbs can be taken in powdered form, 1-2 teaspoons with warm milk, before bedtime, helping to build energy and stamina.

Additionally, aim to maintain a warm, well-nourished body. A diet rich in wholegrains, cooked vegetables, ghee, milk, nuts such as almonds and walnuts can be supportive to strengthen the Dhatus. Avoid cold foods and beverages as they may vitiate Vata. Hydration is key, drink warm water throughout your day to keep Vata pacified.

Incorporate relaxation techniques: daily meditation, and pranayama such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), can help reduce anxiety and stress which often accompany premature ejaculation. Spend at least 15 minutes each day practicing these exercises to help still the mind. Gentle yoga can also be beneficial; poses such as Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend) help by increasing concentration and calming nerves.

Ensure you are getting sufficient rest. A regular sleep schedule and reducing screen time before bed are essential to regulate Serotonin levels for better control.
