With your blood pressure consistently showing higher readings, it’s important to first ensure you are safe and maintaining healthy levels. Ayurvedic approach can be beneficial alongside whatever modern medical interventions might be necessary. However, if your readings are reaching 150/105 regularly, it’s critical to consult with a healthcare professional, who may recommend necessary tests or medications.

In Ayurveda, blood pressure can be related to imbalances in the vata and pitta doshas, often exacerbated by stress, diet, and lifestyle. Considering your current routines, it might be useful to examine and adjust in small ways.

Timing of meals is crucial; late dinners can disturb vata balance. Try shifting dinner to before 8 pm, if possible, and see if it affects your readings. Include more calming, grounding foods—like warm, nourishing soups or khichdi instead of just salad alone, especially in the evening, which can pacify vata.

Incorporate relaxation practices. Even 10-15 minutes of alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) or meditation daily can tremendously impact stress levels, which ties directly to blood pressure.

Abhyanga, or self-massage, using sesame oil before bath or shower can also help to minimize stress, bring relaxation, and balance vata.

About tests, a comprehensive work-up from a physician, including kidney function tests, cholesterol, and thyroid levels, can give more insight. But don’t forgo professional advice - integrate Ayurveda as a supportive role in your holistic health strategy.

Shifts in blood pressure can sometimes occur despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which can be frustrating. It’s quite wise that you are considering the next steps in understanding what’s causing this. While Ayurvedic insights might be useful for balancing your doshas, remember, consulting a modern medical professional is very important here to ensure you rule out underlying issues first.

Given your unique prakriti, focus first on calming any aggravated vata dosha, which can contribute to stress-related hypertension. Incorporating practices like pranayama — specifically Anulom Vilom and Bhramari — can help stabilize the mind and manage stress, both of which are important for maintaining healthy blood pressure. Do these for 10-15 minutes each morning after waking up.

In terms of diet, you might consider adding a bit more warmth to it. Add a pinch of cinnamon to your breakfast or green tea; it is known for helping support circulation. Also, try to consume soaked almonds every morning—which can help balance vata and provide necessary nourishment to the dhatus (tissues).

Kindly ensure regularity in your meals, avoid meal-gaps and reduce overly spicy, or fermented foods in case they aggravate your system. These simple shifts can align your agni and help manage your BP naturally.

Finally, staying hydrated is crucial, so consume warm water throughout the day. Combining these tips with any necessary medical interventions should aid in normalizing your blood pressure. Meanwhile, the presence of persistent high readings means seeking immediate medical diagnostics to check for other health concerns is critical. Further assessments like kidney function or heart health could bring to light any root causes behind your elevated BP.
