Mahakayanaka Ghritham 1/2 teaspoon in the morning and 1/2 teaspoon in the evening with a cup of war water 0ne hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner. 2. Kachooradi churnam to be mixed with ksheerabala thailam and applied to bregma;let it stay for 40 minutes; then you can remove. 3. Foot massage(very gentle/just application) with ksheerabala thailam.

Duralabha aur Jyotishmati dono nervous system ko stimulate karti hain. 66 saal ki age me 2–2 tablet din me 3 baar (total 12 tablets/day) bahut zyada dose ho jaati hai. Isi wajah se unhe bilkul neend nahi aa rahi.

Start with Sarivadi ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water Shilajit satva 1 drop in a cup of milk Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm milk Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water Light massage on head with Brahmi oil Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily Put 2drops of Bilwadi oil in both ear. Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins daily twice Follow your mouth with air, close. Nose and mouth , slowly push this air towards ear both sides , Do this 2-3 times daily.
Meniere’s rog mein neend ki samasya vastav me pareshaani ka karan ho sakti hai, aur aapka chinta sacchi hai. Doosara, ek cup dhoodh me jaiphal aur ashvgandha ka churna mila kar peene se bhi achi neend aa sakti hai. Jaiphal ko vishesh roop se sone se pehle baithar maana jata hai.
Khaane mai maamuli aur halka anna lein jo ki pacha sakhein. Krodh aur tanav se door rahein, aur din bhar mai kuch tarkari jaisa ki kaddu oswa etc. shamlit karein jo man aur sharir ko cool karte hain.
Ant mein, din me halki karyashilta jese ki walk ya yog aadi ko prashikshit kiya jaye taaki sharir dimaag sukhad rahe. Agar dikkat sthir rahe to turant apne doctor se parmarsh lein.
