Been on blood thinners for 42yrs I want off I heard that cayenne pepper will open all the vascular up and thin blood What do you think ?

No — cayenne pepper is NOT a safe substitute for blood thinners. Please do not stop blood thinners on your own.

Cayenne may mildly increase circulation, but It cannot reliably thin blood Stopping blood thinners suddenly can cause stroke, heart attack, or clots Cayenne can also cause bleeding, stomach irritation, BP issues After 42 years on blood thinners, your body depends on them. Only a doctor (cardiologist/physician) can decide if dose can be reduced or stopped
