What is causing heaviness and pain in my legs with swelling in the right ankle? - #52851

Good afteroon, For about 3 years I have being suffering from heaviness of my legs and general pains on both legs. The right foot especially, is swellened at the level of the ancle and the left leg pains at the level of the knee down-ward.

Hello, -Are you taking any medicines? -The pain and swelling due to Vata and Kapha Dosha -First you have to check CBC, Urine routine/micro, sr. Uric acid, sr. Creatinine, FBS and PPBS, Blood pressure and then send the all reports to me -You can drink water only you feel thirsty, overdrink is harmful, drink water after boil and cool down, don’t use filter water , don’t use fridge water -don’t stressed out legs, stay up with support -Use saindhav lavan instead of normal salt -Use these medicines 1) Gokshuradi guggulu 2-0-2 after meal 2) Punarnavadi kwath 20ml BD after meal 3) yograja guggulu 2-0-2 after meal
