I am just trying to figure out what's going on with my legs lately. Recently, I started to notice this constant leg muscle tightness and poor circulation, like they're consistently stiff and kinda cold. It’s been, like, an annoying tightness in the calves and sometimes my feet feel somewhat numb? This leg muscle tightness and poor circulation keeps getting worse especially in the mornings or after sitting too long. Also, walking just short distances seems to tire my legs out really fast, which feels super weird ‘cause that wasn't a thing before. I wonder if I'm missing some nutrients or I'm overdoing something during my workouts. Could the leg muscle tightness and poor circulation be connected to diet or maybe stress? Saw online Ayurveda might help, but I'm not sure where to start. Am I doing something wrong? Should I avoid certain foods or add herbs to my diet to help with this leg muscle tightness and poor circulation? I’ve tried stretching, but eh, doesn’t seem to help much. Any advice or experiences would be really helpful.
