Hoe spataders en opgezwollenbenen te verminderen - #26727

Ik heb last van spataders en lymfevaten. Vooral bij warm weer heb ik last van dikke benen en blauwe plekken op mijn benen. Mijn spataders springen ook uit en mijn benen zijn vermoeid. Ikben geopereerd voor spataders meer dan 16 jaar geleden. Ondertussen ben ik ook veel bijgekomen ben al 44 jaar oud.

Bij spataders en lymfeproblemen – zeker met zwelling, blauwe plekken en vermoeide benen – richt Ayurveda zich op het versterken van de vaatwand, het verbeteren van de doorbloeding en het afvoeren van opgehoopt vocht.

Ayurvedische tips:

I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list.
