Seeking Advice for Pain in Neck, Knees, and Legs - #48653

I am experiencing neck pain, knee pain, and pain in my leg muscles. I also feel pain in my thighs starting from the hip area. I suspect this may be related to a nerve problem. In some areas, I can see dark-colored veins or nerves. I had an angioplasty 13 years ago. I am currently taking medication for high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and a blood thinner. I am 51 years old and currently working outside India. Could you please advise what might be causing this and what I should do next?

Avoid sour, fermented and packed foods. Regular exercise. Use boiled water for drinking. Cap.Stresscom 1-0-1 Tab.Sallaki 1-0-1 Rasnasaptak Kashayam 20ml twice after meal Follow up after 2 weeks.
