Symptoms like tingling, numbness, bluish/purple feet after sitting or lying usually indicate Vata aggravation along with Rakta (blood circulation) disturbance and sometimes Margavarana (obstruction in channels). Long sitting worsens Vata and circulation. Yograj Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water Improves Vata, nerve strength, and circulation Dashamoola Kwatha – 15 ml with equal warm water twice daily before food Reduces Vata, stiffness, and nerve irritation Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm at night with warm milk Strengthens nerves, muscles, and improves vitality Daily Oil Massage (Abhyanga) Mahanarayana Taila OR Dhanwantharam Taila Massage legs and feet for 10–15 minutes Follow with warm water bath Improves circulation and reduces numbness
