Hello I get how frustrating it is when you’re dealing with more facial and chin hair than you’d like, especially when it comes with acne and skin changes. It can really mess with your confidence. Just so you know, this isn’t just a skin issue – it’s usually a hormone thing, and Ayurveda looks at fixing the cause. YOUR CONCERN – Facial & chin hair that started around 2023 (so, a few years now) – Acne and skin changes – You’ve tried a bunch of skincare stuff, but the hair keeps coming back Sounds like it could be Hirsutism. WHAT AYURVEDA SAYS Basically, Ayurveda sees extra facial hair in women as a result of: – Too much Kapha + Pitta (energies) – An imbalance in your fat tissue – Hormone stuff being off (Artava & Shukra dhatu) – Oily skin + acne = too much Pitta + Kapha So, the idea is, unless you sort those hormones and metabolism, the hair will keep popping up, no matter what you put on your face. THE AYURVEDIC PLAN INTERNAL MEDICINE (Key!) Take these for 3+months: 1. Kanchanar Guggulu 1 tablet, twice a day after eating ( Helps with cysts, balances hormones) 2. Chandraprabha Vati 1 tablet, twice a day (Fixes PCOS-type stuff) 3. Manjisthadi ks tab1 at night with warm water (Clears up hormonal acne and detoxes) 4. Shatavari kalpa ½ tsp at night with milk ( Keeps female hormones in check) DIY FOR THINNING HAIR Apply this 3 times a week: - Turmeric - Gram flour - Rose water Mix into a paste, put it on your face, gently rub when it’s dry, and then wash off. It’s supposed to: – Weaken hair roots – Slow down regrowth – Fade dark spots DIET PLAN ❌AVOID - Milk with sugar - Fried foods - Bakery stuff, pizza, junk - Too much tea & coffee ✅INCLUDE - Veggies - Flax seed - Spearmint tea - Amla WHEN TO EXPECT CHANGES – Acne gets better in 4–6 weeks – Hair gets finer in a couple of months – Growth slows down in 3–4 months – Long-term control in about 6 months THE TRUTH There’s no instant fix for getting rid of hair permanently. But Ayurveda can reduce growth by fixing your hormones from the inside. You might not even need laser if you get to the cause. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

👉 There is NO proven natural home remedy that can remove facial hair permanently. Anything claiming “permanent removal naturally” is a myth. BUT — natural remedies can: Slow down regrowth Make hair finer & lighter Improve hormonal balance Reduce acne and skin changes Help you manage it better long-term Since you’ve had this for 2–5 years + acne, this strongly suggests a hormonal cause (very commonly PCOS or androgen imbalance). -External Application Kasturi Manjal (Wild Turmeric) Pack Kasturi manjal + rose water Apply on chin/upper lip 15 minutes, 3x/week Rub gently & wash 👉 Slows hair growth over time Firstly confirm above investigation, if there will be any disbalance then it’s important to firstly correct that.
