Seeking Help for Persistent Pitta Indigestion and Skin Issues - #49081

Having pitta indigestion symptoms from 3 years-loose sticky motion, bloating,red skin rash with iching, dizziness,acidity downwards,hairfall. Recently started these symptoms also-dry scaly skin,feeling cold all time.Took dadimashtak and motion is well formed but still sticky.No other medicine worked till now.Pls help.

- Diagnosis (Ayurveda): Agnimandya (weak digestion) → chronic sticky stools, bloating Pitta Vriddhi → red itchy rash, acidity, hairfall Vata-Kapha Prakopa (secondary) → dry skin, cold intolerance - Treatment Principles: Deepana-Pachana (improve digestion) Shaman Pitta (cool Pitta) Rasayana & Balya (strengthen body, skin, hair) Vata-Kapha pacification (for dryness, cold intolerance) - prescription: 1)Dadimashtak Avaleha – after meals ,1tsf twice daily 2)Triphala churn – at bedtime, 3gm with warm water 3)Amla Tablet – morning, 1 tablet 4)Ashwagandha Tablet – evening with warm milk, 2 tablets - Optional for skin: Neem + Turmeric Tablet – twice daily with warm water External Care / Skin: Apply aloe vera gel or coconut oil on rash Take cool baths; avoid hot water Moisturize dry skin with sesame or almond oil Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid: spicy, oily, sour, fried foods, alcohol Eat: warm, cooked, light meals (khichdi, moong dal, steamed vegetables) Drink: warm water, herbal teas (ginger, cumin) Lifestyle: light yoga/exercise, avoid cold exposure, adequate sleep Follow-up: 4 weeks → monitor stool, rash, hairfall, and energy
