I'm suffering from atopic dermatitis and eczema. I am having itching and redness and pigmentation after few days of itching problem.

- Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Kustha – Pitta-Vata type (Chronic Eczema / Atopic Dermatitis) - Internal Medicines (Oral Tablets) 1)tab neemelia– 500 mg, 1 tablet twice daily with warm water after meals. 2)Guduchi ghan tab– 500 mg, 1 tablet twice daily with warm water after meals. 3)Triphala Tablets – 500 mg, 1–2 tablets at night with warm water. 4) gandhak rasyan 250 mg BD after meal - External Medicines / Local Application Neem + Turmeric Paste – Apply a thin layer on affected areas 1–2 times daily for 15–20 minutes, then wash gently. Aloe Vera Gel – Apply 2–3 times daily on inflamed or itchy areas for cooling relief. Coconut Oil or Sesame Oil – Gently massage on dry areas once daily, preferably before bathing. Medicated Oil (Khadira / Kalamegha) – Apply on inflamed patches twice daily. - Dietary Advice Avoid: Spicy, oily, fried foods, excess dairy, sugar, and hot beverages. Include: Cooling and easily digestible foods like mung dal, cucumber, watermelon, pomegranate, and fresh vegetables. Drink plenty of water; herbal teas like Tulsi or Mulethi are beneficial. - Lifestyle / Habits Wear loose, cotton clothing; avoid synthetic fabrics. Avoid scratching; use cold compresses for immediate relief. Practice Pranayama (Sheetali / Sheetkari) for 10 minutes daily to reduce stress. Maintain proper sleep (7–8 hours) and avoid overexertion. - Follow-Up Review after 4–6 weeks or sooner if itching, redness, or infection worsens. Post-inflammatory pigmentation may take 6–12 weeks to fade.
