Managing Increased Anxiety After Quitting Antidepressants - #49251

Client_ce2642

Hi. I am suffering from anxiety. My prakriti is pitta and vikruti is vata. I started to practice Ayurveda since 2024. I quit taking the antidepressants ever since then. Practicing meditation was helping me going through most hard time. And then recently I started to experience more anxiety. Do you have any suggestions what to do?
