Seeking Remedies for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding and Perimenopause Symptoms - #49264

Client_d04502

I am 47 years old Indian woman. Suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding. I believe I am going through perimenopause phase. I have Thalassemia and I have suffered from low iron levels in past. The ultrasound scan of abdomen looks okay, just a tiny fibroid in cervix. Doctor says it should not be the reason for heavy bleeding as it is so tiny. Doctors are unable to find any other issue. I had taken the contraceptive pills in past for 3 months and period was okay then. However now I am having the heavy flow again. Last 6 cycles were ok even heavy flow which stopped within 7 days. This cycle I am having heavy flow with little clots and no sign of stopping. I am feeling dizzy and tired. No abdominal discomfort or pain. I am 5.1 feet tall and weigh 68kg (over weight). I am moderately active, go for walk, do practice yoga at home for 15 mins. I eat homemade vegetarian food, no junk or oily or spicy food. Please advise any remedies, diet or other recommendations. Thank you.
