Shivalinga seeds (Shivlingi beej) are sometimes used in Ayurveda to support fertility.
How to take
Take 1–2 seeds
Powder it
Mix with warm milk
Take once daily after food
Start from 5th day of period and continue for 10–15 days
If you have PCOS or blocked tube, seeds alone may not help
Both husband and wife should get proper fertility check-up
