–Mild cervical spondylosis does not affect the brain and does not reduce blood supply to the brain.Your pain, stiffness, and headaches are coming from neck muscles and joints, not from the brain. —Internal Medicines 1)Yograj Guggulu – 2 tabs Twice daily after food with warm water 2)Maharasnadi Kwath – 15 ml 15 ml warm water, twice daily after food 3)brahmi vati 2tab after meal At bedtime with warm milk 4)Godanti Bhasma (if headache severe) – 250 mgTwice daily with honey ----External Treatment Mahanarayana Taila local massage over neck Twice daily, followed by mild hot fomentation (Nadi Sweda) —Panchakarma (if chronic >6 months) Greeva Abhyanga + Swedana – 7 days Greeva Basti – 5–7 sittings (if stiffness severe) ----Pathya Avoid cold exposure, AC directly on neck Avoid late nights Avoid dry, refrigerated, and junk food Use warm water Gentle neck exercises daily Correct posture (no prolonged mobile bending) ----Follow-up After 15 days

I just want to add a few more details here. I was on antidepressant medicines and when I stopped, I went sleepless for 3 days and on the 4th or 5th day, I suddenly woke up with stiff neck, headaches, and eyes were affected(photophobia). I lost lot of weight due to withdrawal and probably also had digestive upset due to outside food or gut infection(probably) and lost 24 kgs weight in 2 months and went sleepless for months. Zapiz and melatonin helped me a bit to sleep for just 2 to 3 hours. It was covid time and no doctor was available. Then after a year of neck muscle spasms/stiffness, headaches, migraines, etc, weight loss, insomnia, orthopedic said it is spasms in neck muscles and x ray showed mild changes(spurs-anterior osteophytes in lower cervical region as per x ray report). Then with homeopathy, i could sleep for a month. But the neck pain did not go. Then I had to restart allopathy antidepressants with some other doctor and then homeopathy addressed neck issues and headaches(migraines or tension type whatever), then this issue went away but then tinnitus started inright ear and then left ear after the necks stiffness got released and headaches got cured. Last 5+ years, I have been facing memory issues, focus issues, severe insomnia(can sleep with melatonin + sedative antidepressants) but tinnitus is annoying. Gained proper weight and strength. Due to insomnia as a symptom, I developed slight handwriting issues( now returned to normal), lot of memory issues( memory was always good and insomnia was never there). New issues have come up. MRI is showing normal. What is this? Currently taking psych meds( i don’t feel anxious or depressed now but can’t sleep), plus, manasmitra vati, and other ayurvedic meds for 1+ year. No difference.Tinnitus is bothering me alot. Can you tell me if there is any harm to the brain due to anything. Neck issues, blood supply issues, lymph drainage issues, psych meds, insomnia(prolonged), stress( lot of stress was there due to mental, emotional and physical issues). Please guide me correctly. What to do in this case? ENT says ears are fine. Neuro test is normal. Memory lapses, concentration issues, slight issues with gait too( mild). Is this a neurotransmitter imbalance or brain cells affected or damaged due to excess stress cortisol or what? who can guide and what to do here?
