Doctors' responses
Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
Nightfall and premature ejaculation can be understood through the lens of Ayurvedic doshas and energies. These issues often relate to an imbalance in Vata dosha, which governs movement and nervous system functions. Excessive Vata can lead to irregularities and loss of control, manifesting as frequent nightfall and premature ejaculation.
The use of supplements like Kaunch Beej, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Shilajit suggests an attempt to balance Vata and strengthen reproductive tissues (Shukra dhatu), but the persistence of symptoms indicates deeper systemic imbalances.
Your regular exercise and healthy diet are beneficial for maintaining overall balance, but underlying stress or mental activity might still be stimulating the nervous system, contributing to these symptoms. The absence of smoking and drinking is positive, as these can aggravate Vata and Pitta doshas.
Ayurveda views these symptoms as a systemic imbalance rather than isolated issues. The key is to address the root cause, which often involves calming the mind, stabilizing Vata, and ensuring proper nourishment of the reproductive tissues.
