These small yellow bumps around the eyes and neck may be related to Kapha-Pitta imbalance in Ayurveda, often associated with toxin accumulation (Ama), oily skin tendency, or disturbed fat metabolism. Conditions like milia, xanthelasma, or blocked skin glands can appear similar, so proper examination is important if they continue spreading or changing color. Ayurvedic Care Suggestions Avoid oily, fried, sugary, and very spicy foods. Drink warm water regularly to improve detoxification. Use a gentle herbal face wash instead of heavy creams or steroid ointments. Apply a mild paste of Neem + Turmeric + Aloe vera gel once daily for soothing and cleansing. Keep the area clean and avoid scratching or squeezing the bumps. Rx Manjistha kwath - 15 ml twice a day Nibadi kwath tab -2tab twice a day after meal Triphala tab -1tab at bed time These are traditionally used for skin purification and balancing Pitta-Kapha.
