how to stop hair fall. my hair fall is not controlling . need suggestion on it.. iam vegetarian and how to improve my gut health.

●A combination based on Ayurvedic principles Dashamula Powder - 5 parts Bhingraj Powder - 4 parts Jatamansi Powder - 3 parts Mix these three ingredients and store in an airtight container ●Method of Consumption (Dugdhpak) Method of Consumption • Take a teaspoon before bedtime Add to 1 cup of cow’s milk Boil for 3-4 minutes • Drink while lukewarm. This method is considered ideal for bone and muscle nourishment. ●Mere consumption is not enough, do light massage with Bhringraj, Amla or coconut oil 2-3 times a week. ●Asparagus + Conch Shell Ash (Shishkha Bhasma) Method of Consumption Asparagus Powder - 1 teaspoon • Conch Shell Ash - Take a pinch of both together with a little lukewarm water twice a day. Consuming this for about 2 weeks can help calm acidity and bile. ●Licorice + Mishri (Roller Sugar) Consumption Method • Licorice Powder - 1 teaspoon • Reduces stomach irritation • Mishri Powder - 1/2 teaspoon. Mix the two together and take them with lukewarm milk or water 1-2 times a day. This combination is believed to help • Relieve acidity • Soothe the throat and digestion ●Simple rules to reduce acidity • Eat meals on time. Limit spicy and fried foods. • Don’t lie down immediately after meals. • Drink plenty of water throughout the day. • Keep dinner light. Even small rules contribute greatly to balancing pitta.
