I have noticed a yellowish tint to my face skin for a while now. I have also developed dark patches on my face and experience occasional rashes on different parts of by body

Yellowish tint of face with dark patches and intermittent rashes suggests mainly Pitta–Rakta imbalance and possible liver overload / mild cholestasis tendency. It is important to also rule out bilirubin elevation (liver function issue) if symptoms persist. Ayurvedic treatment Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Kamdudha Ras (Moti yukta if available) – 1 tablet twice daily after food (for skin heat, rashes, pigmentation) Manjistha Churna – 1 tsp twice daily with warm water (blood purification) Guduchi (Giloy) satva or tablet – 500 mg twice daily after food External care (skin) Apply Neem + Turmeric paste on patches once daily for 15–20 min Use Khadira (catechu) face wash or powder if available Avoid chemical fairness creams and steroid creams Diet rules Avoid: alcohol, fried food, excess spicy, fermented foods Increase: bottle gourd, cucumber, pomegranate, coriander water Drink: warm water, not cold drinks
