I want healthy and glowing skin. My face is dull , pigmented and have dark circles at the same time. But after taken treatment from different skin doctors, the results are zero. Now, I switched to yoga and homemade face masks. Please help me to get proper treatment for the same.

According to Ayurveda, dull skin, pigmentation, and dark circles are mainly caused by imbalance of Pitta and Vata dosha, poor digestion (Agni), stress, lack of proper sleep, and accumulation of toxins (Ama) in the body. External creams alone may not give permanent results unless the body is treated internally. –Treatment: 1) Radiant Skin Hair Nails Formula – 2 caps twice daily after meals 2) Manjishtha capsules – 1 cap twice daily after meals 3) Gandhak Rasayan – 2 tabs twice daily after meals 4) Aloe Vitals – 2 caps twice daily before meals —External: Aloe vera gel + sandalwood powder face pack, 2–3 times/week Daily sunscreen use —Pathya: Fresh fruits, green vegetables, pomegranate, coconut water Adequate hydration Yoga, pranayama, proper sleep —Apathya: Spicy/oily/junk food Late night sleep, stress, excess tea/coffee –Follow-up: 4 weeks.

Pigmentation, dull skin and dark circles in Ayurveda are commonly linked with imbalance of Pitta and Vata dosha, poor sleep, stress, weak digestion and excess heat in the body. Since you have already tried many creams without lasting results, focusing on internal healing along with natural skincare is a better approach. Improve digestion and blood purification: Take fresh fruits, green vegetables, beetroot, pomegranate, coconut water and soaked almonds regularly. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, packaged and sugary foods as they increase pigmentation. Daily Ayurvedic skincare: • Apply aloe vera gel mixed with a pinch of turmeric at night. • Use ubtan made of besan, sandalwood and rose water 2–3 times weekly. • For dark circles, apply chilled cucumber or potato juice for 10–15 minutes. Internal support: Ayurvedic medicines like Manjistha, Kumkumadi tailam, Sariva and Amla are often beneficial for improving skin glow and reducing pigmentation naturally. Lifestyle correction is very important: • Sleep on time • Practice pranayama, yoga and stress reduction daily • Avoid excessive screen exposure and late nights
