How to treat worsening pimples and skin allergies while taking mahamajisthadii kwadha and khadirarishta? - #54956

I am taking mahamajisthadii kwadha and khadirarishta to heal my skin allergy, ringworms on hand, acne, pimples on my face nearly 1 and half month. Ring worms are healed but pimples are getting worse, red,painful, pus filled, inflammatory acne especially lower cheeks. so do I have to continue this syrups ? I am Vata prakriti, high pitta imbalance. And also I am thinking to add avipattikar churna because I have acid reflux, less appetite, weak digestive fire. These signs I recently observed but they persists from many years but I neglected so is it good option to add this avippatikara churna. And also I am hearing some medicines to add like Kaishore Guggulu,Gandhak Rasayan . So, can you suggest me the overall medicines to add so that my issues will resolve completely

Your symptoms suggest Pitta-Rakta aggravation with weak Agni. If acne became more inflamed after 1.5 months, reduce or stop Khadirarishta for now if it is increasing heat/acidity. Take Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food. Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime with warm water for acidity and Pitta. Kaishore Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food. Gandhak Rasayan – 250 mg twice daily after food. Apply Nalpamaradi cream or aloe vera gel lightly on acne. Diet: Avoid spicy, fried, curd at night, bakery, excess tea/coffee. Take warm light food, coriander water, pomegranate, bottle gourd.

is it ok to take only Mahamanjishta kwadha , avipattikar churna without Kaishore Guggulu, Gandhak rasayan. Or all the four necessary to take?
