Doctors’ responses

Hello Na mitha, Aapke lakshan Vata aur Pitta dosha ke asantulan ka sanket dete hain, jo pet mein gas, bloating aur kabz ka karan bante hain. Iske liye Triphala Churna raat mein garam pani ke saath lein, jo aanton ko saaf rakhta hai aur pachan ko sudhaar karta hai. Khane turant pehle, Avipattikar Churna ya Hingvastak Churna garam pani ke saath le sakte hain, jo gas aur bloating mein rahat deta hai. Ajwain aur jeera ka paani din mein do baar peene se bhi fayda hoga. Apna ahar halka aur poshak rakhein—zyaada masaledar, tel wale aur fast food se door rahen. Aapke pachan ko aur majboot banane ke liye din mein ek ya do baar Takra (chhach) lein, jisme thoda sa hing aur jeera mila ho.

Namaste. Aapka gastric problem, jaise ki bloating, dard, aur constipation, kaafi pareshan kar sakta hai, aur yeh aksar vata dosha ke imbalance ki wajah se hota hai. Aapke symptoms se aisa lag raha hai ki aapke digestive system mein kuch rukawat hai, jo aapki khurak aur lifestyle se judti hai. Is samasya se nipatne ke liye, sabse pehle, aapko apne diet par dhyaan dena hoga. Garam, oily, aur heavy foods se bachna behtar rahega. Iski jagah, aapko easily digestible foods, jaise khichdi, daal, aur steamed sabziyaan lena chahiye. Aamla, adrak, aur jeera jaise spices ko apne khane mein shamil karke digestion ko sudhar sakte hain. In spices se aapki metabolism bhi behtar hogi. Aapko din bhar mein paani ka paryapt sevan karna chahiye, kyunki dehydration bhi constipation ko badha sakta hai. Aap chamach bhar ghee ya coconut oil bhi le sakte hain, kyunki yeh aapki aahaar ko lubrikate karne mein madadgar hote hain. Regular exercise, jaise walking ya yoga, aapke digestive system ko active rakhne ke liye zaroori hai. Aapko kuch specific yoga asanas, jaise Pawanmuktasana aur Bhujangasana, bhi try karne chahiye, jo digestion ko sudharne aur gas ko kam karne mein madadgar hote hain. Agar aapko in sabke baad bhi relief nahi milta hai, to kisi Ayurvedic practitioner se milkar aapko personalized treatment aur herbal remedies ke liye salah lena chahiye, jo aapke digestive health ko sudharne mein madad karega. Aapki lifestyle aur khurak mein chhoti-chhoti badlav se bhi aapko bahut fayda ho sakta hai.

Dealing with gastric issues can be such a hassle, right? Especially when you’re already making an effort with exercise and still finding relief just out of reach. The bloating and pain, not to mention constipation, are definitely signs that your digestive system's in need of some TLC. In Ayurveda, your symptoms could suggest an imbalance in Vata dosha, possibly affecting your agni, or digestive fire. When Vata is out of balance, it can cause irregular digestion and gas buildup, leading to discomfort. Let's talk about some practical changes you could try. First off, tweak your diet a bit to favor warmer, cooked foods over raw or cold ones. Think of soups and stews with spices like ginger, cumin, and asafoetida (hing), which can really help in soothing gaseousness. Steer clear of carbonated drinks and too much caffeine for now, as they could aggravate Vata further. Try eating at regular intervals. Skipping meals or delaying your eating time even can upset your stomach more. Aim for three square meals at the same time every day to create some rhythm for your digestive process. It sounds routine, but our bodies love predictability. You mentioned you're already exercising, which is great! But if intense workouts cause more strain than gains, maybe switch to more Vata-pacifying activities like yoga or brisk walking. They're less likely to stir up gas. Another thing to consider is a daily warm oil massage (abhyanga) with sesame oil before your shower or bath. This can calm Vata, promoting better digestion and relaxation. Lastly, if constipation continues, try a simple remedy like soaking some raisins overnight and eating them first thing in the morning along with the water they're soaked in. It’s gentle, yet effective. Don't shy away from seeking further medical advice if nothing seems to be helping after a fair trial. Sometimes combining approaches can make all the difference!
