I am really confused about when should I take shilajit. I’ve been hearing great things about it for energy and overall wellness, but I’m not sure if I’m taking it right. I try to follow a healthy routine, but with work and kids, sometimes I feel drained by the afternoon. A friend suggested shilajit, saying it helped him get through his busy days, but honestly, I don’t know much about it. I bought a small container of it last week and have just been taking it whenever I remember, usually in the morning. But then I read somewhere that shilajit is best on an empty stomach. Then I’m like, should I take it before breakfast or maybe in the evening after work when I'm really beat? I also heard it can mess with sleep if taken at the wrong time.
