I am really confused about something and was hopeing to get some clarity. I’m 16 and recently heard from a friend that masturbation can actually play a role in affecting height. I mean, I’m already feeling awkward about all these changes happening in my body, right? Like, I had a growth spurt last year and thought I would just keep getting taller. But now, with all this talk about how does masturbation affect height, it’s got me kinda worried! Sometimes I feel like I’m not growing as much anymore, and I do admit, I do it pretty frequently. It seems like one moment I’m as tall as my dad, the next I’m wondering if I’m short becuz of something I’m doing wrong or something. I did some googling, but there’s so much misinformation out there, like some people say it stunts growth while others just say it’s totally normal and not connected to height at all. I wouldn’t want to mess with my body during this time, if it does have an impact. Can any of you tell me if scientist have found anything conclusive on this? Does masturbation effect height or is it more of an old wives' tale? Appreciate any insights!
