Allergies in both legs and arms

2 answers

I often get allergies in my legs and arms and they itch a lot and then burning sensation. This has been happening since March. The skin of the legs and arms has become thick.

Persistent itching, burning, and skin thickening on the legs and arms often indicate an imbalance in the Pitta and Kapha doshas, commonly associated with allergic skin reactions in Ayurveda. To soothe itching and inflammation, start by applying Kumari (aloe vera) gel or Coconut oil infused with Neem (Azadirachta indica) to calm and moisturize the skin, as Neem is known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Internally, taking Gandhak Rasayana (purified sulfur compound) and Haridra Khand (a turmeric-based formulation) can reduce allergic reactions and enhance skin health. You may also benefit from Triphala at night to gently cleanse the system and regulate the body’s detox pathways, and Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) to purify the blood and help reduce itching. Avoid triggering foods like spicy, salty, or fermented items, and drink warm, herbal teas such as coriander or fennel to help balance Pitta. Dry brushing before bathing and opting for lukewarm showers with mild soaps will also prevent further irritation.

Smyle Mouth Ulcer Gel Uses

1 answers

I’ve been having recurrent mouth ulcers for a while now, and someone suggested trying Smyle mouth ulcer gel. I’ve heard that Smyle mouth ulcer gel uses include quick relief from pain and faster healing, but I’m not sure how effective it really is. My ulcers are usually on the inside of my cheeks and sometimes on my tongue, which makes eating and even talking painful. I’ve started using Smyle mouth ulcer gel twice a day, but I want to know if I’m applying it correctly. Do Smyle mouth ulcer gel uses also include preventing ulcers from coming back, or is it only for treating active ones? Also, how long does it usually take to notice an improvement? Another concern I have is whether Smyle mouth ulcer gel uses natural ingredients or if there’s any risk of side effects with prolonged use. I’ve tried other gels before, but they didn’t work as fast as I hoped. If anyone has used Smyle mouth ulcer gel, how was your experience? Did it work for you, and how long did it take to heal completely?

Smyle mouth ulcer gel is commonly used for providing relief from the pain and discomfort associated with mouth ulcers. It contains a combination of antiseptic and soothing ingredients like Benzydamine, which can help reduce inflammation, numb the affected area, and promote healing. When applied correctly, it can offer quick relief by numbing the area, allowing for better comfort while eating or talking. However, while it can help speed up the healing process, Smyle mouth ulcer gel primarily works for treating active ulcers rather than preventing future outbreaks. To apply it, you should clean the affected area gently and apply a small amount of the gel directly to the ulcer, ideally after meals to prevent further irritation. Typically, you should notice some improvement within a couple of days, but it may take up to a week for full healing, depending on the severity of the ulcer. If ulcers are recurring, it may be beneficial to address the underlying causes, such as nutritional deficiencies, stress, or acidity, as gels like Smyle only provide symptomatic relief. In terms of safety, Smyle gel is generally considered safe for short-term use, but prolonged or excessive use might irritate sensitive mucous membranes. It’s also important to check for any allergies to the ingredients. If ulcers persist or keep recurring, it might be a good idea to explore natural remedies such as turmeric paste, coconut oil, or Aloe Vera gel, which can help both treat and prevent ulcers when combined with proper dietary and lifestyle adjustments. Consulting an Ayurvedic doctor for a more holistic approach might also be helpful in understanding the root cause.

My core areas of focus include hair disorders, skin diseases, and lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, arthritis, and stress-related imbalances. Over the years, I have developed a patient-centric approach that emphasizes deep-rooted healing through authentic Ayurvedic principles. My treatment philosophy is based on understanding the unique constitution (prakriti) and imbalance (vikriti) of each patient, allowing me to craft individualized care plans using classical formulations, diet corrections, detox therapies (shodhana), and lifestyle modifications. Whether it’s persistent hair fall, recurring skin allergies, or long-term metabolic disorders, I aim to address the root cause rather than just suppress symptoms. Dr. Hemal Manoj Shah
I’m Dr. Hemal Shah, an Ayurvedic physician with an M.D. in Ayurveda from Mumbai, Maharashtra, and over six years of focused clinical experience in Panchakarma and holistic Ayurvedic healing. My areas of specialization include digestive disorders, skin conditions, joint and musculoskeletal issues, and infertility. I am deeply committed to treating each patient with a personalized and root-cause-oriented approach, using classical Ayurvedic methods that align with their prakruti (individual constitution) and health goals. My practice centers around the belief that true healing requires a balance of body, mind, and spirit. Through Panchakarma therapies—Ayurveda’s renowned detox and rejuvenation treatments—I’ve helped individuals overcome chronic imbalances, manage stress-related disorders, and regain vitality. I design each treatment plan by combining herbal medicine, therapeutic detox, customized dietary guidance, and easy-to-follow lifestyle changes that can be integrated naturally into daily life. What makes my approach unique is the blend of traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with a modern understanding of health challenges. Whether it’s managing gut health, addressing hormonal imbalance, resolving chronic skin issues like eczema and psoriasis, or improving reproductive health, I focus on long-term wellness rather than short-term symptom relief. In addition to clinical work, I’ve conducted research on depression, exploring how Ayurvedic tools—such as sattvic diet, herbs, medhya rasayanas (nootropic formulations), and mind-body practices—can play a vital role in supporting emotional and psychological well-being. This has strengthened my belief that Ayurveda offers not just physical healing, but emotional resilience and spiritual growth as well. As a practitioner, my goal is to make Ayurveda practical, accessible, and results-driven. I strive to empower every patient to become an active participant in their healing journey, guiding them step by step toward balance, clarity, and sustainable health.
