I’ve been reading about Ayurveda, and I found that an allergy could be connected to an imbalance in the doshas, especially too much Kapha or Pitta. I don’t fully understand how that works, but it makes sense since my symptoms get worse when it’s humid or when I eat certain foods. Could my diet be making my allergy worse?
